WHY YOU SHOULD ENABLE DKIM IN INTACCT
Sage Intacct now offers support for DKIM, which adds a digital signature to emails sent on behalf of your domain. This means your recipients can confirm the emails came from you and not a spoofed sender. DKIM helps prevent fraud and improves deliverability. Setting this up ensures your emails pass authentication checks and are less likely to get flagged as spam.

WHERE TO ENABLE DKIM IN SAGE INTACCT
  1. Navigate to Company > Setup > Company > Company Information.
  2. Click Edit, then go to the Security tab.
  3. Scroll to Email Sender Domain Settings.
  1. Add the custom domain(s) you want to authenticate.
  2. Intacct will generate the DKIM selector and TXT record.
  3. Add the TXT record to your DNS provider as instructed by Intacct.
  4. After the record is published, return to the Email Sender Domain Settings section in Intacct and click Validate net to your domain. This will confirm that the DKIM record is in place and is actively signing for that domain.

TESTING & VALIDATE
To verify that DKIM is working correctly, send a test email from Intacct, review the headers to ensure a DKIM-Signature: is present, and use a validator to confirm it. If SPF and Return-Path are also aligned with the From domain, your messages will be fully DMARC compliant.

COMPLETING YOUR DKIM SETUP
Once DKIM is active and your DNS is set, your emails from Sage/Intacct will be signed and secure. Just make sure SPF and your Return-Path are configured too, so your setup fully meets DMARC requirements.
