To have the ability to add new users to the portal you would need to be either a Super User or have all users resources selected on the account attempting to create a new user. If you aren't either a Super User or have all user resources selected on your account, please reach out to DMARC@tangent.com so we can further assist. The following steps show how add users to your portal.
The user will then be added to the portal.
- On the left hand side select Settings and navigate down to Manage Users.
- On the top right corner, click on "+Add"
- You will then be able to add the users information, set their passwords, access to which domains they're allowed to view, and their type of resources.
- Once completing the required information, selecting the resources to enable for the user, and domains they're allowed to view, select Add to complete creating the account.
The user will then be added to the portal.
