To setup DKIM you will need to add 4 CNAME records with your DNS host provider that Freshdesk is going to provide to authenticated these messages. The following steps are to enable DKIM.
  1. Login to your Freshdesk account as an Admin.
  2. Go to Admin > Support Channels > Email Settings > Advance Settings > Configure DKIM.
  3. Copy the 4 CNAME records Freshdesk provides with your DNS host provider.

  1. Once you have added the 4 CNAME with your DNS host provider, you will return back to Freshdesk and select the "Verify" button. Once the Status gives you a green checkmark, you have completed the process of authenticated the domain with Freshdesk.

It is recommended to run a test to make sure these messages are signing with DKIM. You can do this by reviewing the message headers of these messages.
