This article explains the steps for sharing a calendar from the Outlook Web App.

  1. Open a browser and navigate to the following link: https://outlook.office.com .
  2. In the bottom right corner find and click on the calendar icon .
  3. Right click the calendar to be shared and click 'Sharing permissions'.
  4. Enter an email address or contact name in the field underneath 'Send a sharing invitation in email' and click the 'Share' button.
  5. Next to the newly added user, from the dropdown, choose one of the 5 choices to select a permission level.
    • Can view when I'm busy
    • Can view titles and locations
    • Can view all details
    • Can edit
    • Delegate
  6. Click 'Done'.
