This article explains the steps for sharing a calendar from the Outlook Web App.
- Open a browser and navigate to the following link: https://outlook.office.com .
- In the bottom right corner find and click on the calendar icon .
- Right click the calendar to be shared and click 'Sharing permissions'.
- Enter an email address or contact name in the field underneath 'Send a sharing invitation in email' and click the 'Share' button.
- Next to the newly added user, from the dropdown, choose one of the 5 choices to select a permission level.
- Can view when I'm busy
- Can view titles and locations
- Can view all details
- Can edit
- Delegate
- Click 'Done'.
